Hip pain

Patients can experience joint pain from many different causes. It can be due to arthritis or other pathology within the hip joint itself, or from pinched nerves in the lower back. Bursitis occurs when small, fluid filled sacs near bones and joints become painful due to inflammation. At Origins Spine and Joint Physicians you will be thoroughly evaluated to determine the source of your hip pain, and receive treatment directed at this specific cause.  These treatments may include image-guided steroid injections into the joint, spine, or bursa. Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) or bone-marrow aspirate concentrate (BMAc) injections may also be recommended as options for treating your hip pain.

Knee pain

Patients can experience knee pain from many different causes. It can be due to arthritis or other pathology within the knee itself, or from pinched nerves in the lower back. Radiofrequency thermal ablation of the genicular nerves can provide long-term relief for chronic knee pain. Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) or bone-marrow aspirate concentrate (BMAc) injections may also be recommended as options for treating your hip pain.
